SHIPPING POLICY

RLA Athleticwear currently ships within New Zealand.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping is $10 NZD.

FREE standard shipping is available on orders of $110 NZD or more.

DELIVERY

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, rural delivery, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared for dispatch as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed. You will receive shipping or tracking information when available once your order has been dispatched.

INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS

Please make sure your delivery information is correct when placing your order. RLA Athleticwear is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED DELIVERIES

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@rlaathleticwear.com as soon as possible so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
