Returns & Refunds

At RLA Athleticwear, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Change of mind & sizing

We accept eligible change-of-mind and sizing returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags attached and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us before returning an item. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will discuss the available options with you.

Sale items

Sale or clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless stated otherwise. This does not affect your rights under New Zealand consumer law where an item is faulty or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Our products are sold subject to applicable New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
